TAO Testing Open Source version Installation for Educational Assessments

I need assistance with the initial setup and configuration of open source version of TAO Testing. Our hope is to install and host on our Cloudways / Digital Ocean account. This is intended for use as an evaluation project for the eventual delivery of online educational assessments.
