Solution for finding URL in ADS library on Tiktok

I would like to create a tool that can find a url of store inside Tiktok Creative centar . At the moment all the ads shown here have hidden url of stores and its only possible to see videos . If you can find solution to this issue i am willing to pay up to 500$
