Setup email hosting for my domain and migrate email from google workspace

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up email hosting for my domain and migrate my emails from Google Workspace.
The email is currently hosted at google workspace and i want to move it to a free email host like zoho or something else
Want minimum down time
There are 5 x email inbox that needs migration
Domain is hosted at a third party
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with email hosting and migration
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Knowledge of basic email hosting features
- Ability to assist with migrating old emails to the new platform
