Setup clientexec billing system. and 3 domain name api

Hi I need someone who familiar with clientexec billing system and API ( for domain reseller API )

3 API
- namesilo(dot)com API
- domainnameapi(dot)com API
- resellerclube(dot)com API

Need help to setup and make all function correctly and ready to use ( mean when visitor visit my site them can do domain whois , search , buy etc..

When someone search domain name I need the best price from one of the API show up

Pls only the person who familiar with this task only allowed to bid

If you can make fresh custom API for this please let me know
