Server Combining and Management

I have 3 separate servers (Contabo/siteground) hosting various web platforms and would like to move this to one provider. I am looking for someone to undertake this and recommend the best provider, move everything to one provider, setup access and users, cPanel etc.

The successful freelancer will need to be available to provide support in future and on a regular basis
