I want to build a system that extracts specific real-time forms—such as 8-K, 6-K, and 10-Q—from the SEC EDGAR database and filters filings based on the presence or absence of specific keywords.
The system should deliver text and voice alerts to my mobile phone instantly.
It must include logic to avoid duplicate alerts and ensure accuracy.
Optionally, I want to make it open source and have the ability to:
Switch between different form types (e.g., 8-K, 6-K, 10-Q),
Control it via mobile (update keywords, pause/resume alerts).
Goal: Stay informed on critical filing events anytime, anywhere—with absolutely no delay, not even 5 seconds. It must operate in real time only.
