Questionnaire

I need someone who is ALREADY experienced with the sinlios product visualNeo web. I do not want to pay someone to learn. I have a questionnaire with about 100 items. I need the questionnaire with choices presented. Each item of the questionnaire will have a value, Next it must produce a report based on a combination of the values. The report must contain the questions and the answers and a copy of the report should be sent to me. This ids an EASY project but will lead to others. Turn around time must be ten days or less.
