Project: Custom Blur Emulator Server (EMAX EMU)

Hello Developers,
I’m looking for an experienced developer who can build a custom Blur emulator server, similar to Amax Emu, but under the name EMAX EMU.
The original Blur servers were shut down years ago, but we still love the game and want to play it online again with our own system. I want the same features that Amax Emu already offers, but for my own server and brand.

What I Need:
• A patched Blur.exe client that connects to my own server (not Amax).
• A login & account system:
• First login with Discord
• Then create an account on the EMAX EMU website (username & password)
• Use these credentials to log in from the Blur game client
• Multiplayer matchmaking working online
• Leaderboard system visible both on the website and in-game
• A working website (EMAX EMU) with account management and connection to the server
• Server should be tested first on your own VPS before I buy my own domain and VPS
Budget & Payment:
• Total: 250 EUR
• 100 EUR: For the patched Blur.exe client (tested and working on your side)
• 150 EUR: After I purchase domain + VPS, you will set up the full system (website, server, connection, final testing)
• Payment method: PayPal only
• No upfront payment
Conditions:
• No crypto payments
• Only experienced developers who are confident in reverse engineering / networking should apply
• Please only apply if you are ready to put effort into this project and deliver a working solution
