Project Coordinator (Affiliate Programs)
I am looking for a project coordinator to assist me with my affiliate programs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and recruit new partners, IBs, affiliates through various approaches including social networks, messengers, websites, etc.
- Support and develop relationships with existing partners.
- Negotiate and manage individual conditions of corporations for partners.
- Maintain direct communication and recommend new methods of work for partners and provide performance feedback.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase partner's performance.
- Present reports for relevant program metrics such as number of partners recruited, number of conversations, potential partners, number of refuses, etc.
- Supply occasional creative ideas related to the development of partners.
- Customer service related.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Finance / Accounting / Management / Banking / Economic / Business
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Preferred those who are fluent in Arabic & English (Third language will be an advantage)
- Experience in Direct Marketing/Sales/Affiliate Industry will be an advantage
- Background in affiliate marketing, publisher acquisition, eCommerce, account management, customer acquisition, paid media, or performance marketing desirable
- Able to work independently and as a team and to do multitasking
- Knowing current market (investment is an added advantage)
- Can work independently, self-discipline, proactive, under pressure & minimal supervision
