I am seeking a skilled freelancer to develop an open AI supported document reader for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience working with PDF document formats and be proficient in implementing document summarization functionality.
I need to create a webapp that allows me to upload a pdf or word document. Once document is uploaded using Open AI I can ask question and application responds based on the document I uploaded. Before user can use this application there needs to be some user validation. Do you have any experience creating this type of app. If yes what will be the cost to develop this app frontend and backend?
