News website for news / blog related to shipping industry

I need a new website for a news / blog related to shipping industry. I need you to design and build my blog.
I already have the domain name.
Custom simple yet professional theme in Wordpress, all required functionalities (e.g. hosting), with ad placeholders so I can monetise it.
Sections will be: News, Company Profiles, Events
Must have a newsletter sign up form.
Must have analytics inbuilt.
To provide a simple to edit guide to follow a bit adding posts, editing sections, adding ads, and all other backend functionalities.
Unlimited revisions so that we can make sure it looks and works well.
Would be good if we can also arrange a separate website management contract to have support for a year.
