Moodle Setup on GoDaddy Hosting
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I already have a GoDaddy hosting package ready but no domain pointed to it yet. What I need is a clean, fully-functional Moodle installation placed on that space. I’m not set on any specific version, so please recommend the most stable release you feel is appropriate and then handle the entire deployment—from creating the MySQL database to configuring cron, PHP extensions, HTTPS (free SSL is fine), and any essential security tweaks.
Once you’re done I want to be able to reach the site through the temporary GoDaddy preview URL, log in with the admin account you create, and start loading courses right away. A short, plain-language hand-over note explaining how to connect the real domain later and how to keep Moodle updated will complete the job.
Deliverables:
• Recommended Moodle version and rationale
• Moodle installed and running on my GoDaddy hosting space
• Database, cron job, basic security/SSL configured
• Admin credentials + brief post-install guide
If you’ve set up Moodle on GoDaddy (cPanel, SSH, Softaculous, or manual) before, that experience will help us finish quickly and smoothly.
