Migrate websites from Virtual Dedicated Server to Shared Hosting Server on GoDaddy

I have 4 very small websites that I currently have hosted on an outdated and no longer supported Virtual Dedicated Server on GoDaddy. I want to migrate these websites over to a shared hosting server. Also, I have emails that I would like to make sure are re-created being that they will have been lost when we get rid of the old server.
