Migrate web from one hosting to another

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me migrate my News website from Cloudways hosting to AWS light sail to a new hosting provider. Specifically, I am using Cloudways as my current hosting provider. I require the following skills and experience:
- Experience in migrating websites from one hosting provider to another
- Ability to assist with domain transfer
- I require changing the main web domain to a new one, with 301 redirection. This is an already ranked website, so we want to prevent you from losing your spot.
The weight of the web is around 120 gb. As it is constantly updated, you should be sure that when you migrate it is with its latest version.
We are also looking to have an automatic copy enabled on our new AWS server.
