Marketplace for booking stays and experience attractions

I'm looking to an online marketplace platform for booking stays and experience attractions. The platform will serve both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) segments and will include a franchise model for agents to expand market reach. The first scope is to build the business requirement documents and the wireframes.
