Looking for DayZ server to be built for Xbox

I am wanting someone to build a DayZ Nitrado server for the Xbox for me. I want plank spawns and some water pumps as well as NPCS. Lootable graves. Fires and toxic zones. All of the things currently out right now. If you can spawn new buildings with loot it would be a huge plus. Thank you.
