Load & Performance Testing

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Load & Performance Tester to simulate real-world user load on our application, monitor performance bottlenecks, and provide optimization suggestions. The software supports real-time operations and must scale up to 100,000 concurrent users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand software architecture, modules, and usage patterns
• Design performance test scripts for peak load and spike testing
• Configure virtual user simulations to match realistic usage
• Perform load, stress, soak, and scalability testing
• Analyze server, DB, and API performance under load
• Recommend optimization strategies for code, DB, infra

Required Skills:
• 4+ years in performance testing with tools like:
• Apache JMeter
• Locust
• LoadRunner or Gatling
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BlazeMeter)
• Knowledge of server metrics (CPU, memory, DB latency)
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL optimization, and load balancing
