Live Chat Agents Needed (Basic Customer Service) for Hosting Company
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are a web hosting provider and we're looking for live chat agents to cover numerous shifts. We only provide live chat for sales and basic FAQ's, you are not expected to have a technical knowledge, though at least some technical knowledge would go a long way in terms of being able to better communicate with the customers. Good communication skills, ability to type good English, ability to comprehend, and ability to quickly multi-task is a must.
Are you a VA or a remote worker and already happen to be on the computer 8+ hrs a day? If so, this position is a perfect side-gig for you!
The ideal candidate we're looking for, is someone who already works 8+ hrs a day on a computer but has free time to answer chats (good multi-tasking skills) as they come in.
We don't receive enough chats to justify a full time person, but this is a good side-gig opportunity for someone who wants to further monetize the time they are already online anyways.
BUDGET: We are looking to pay $125 USD/Month per person, for one who can accept live chats at least 40 hrs per week. We are hiring for all shifts at the moment (one person per shift, so in your proposal please state what days/shifts you can do).
BONUS - if you already have experience or basic knowledge in the web hosting industry, this is a plus (please talk about this in your proposal if so) and will be given great consideration over other candidates. If you already work for another web hosting company currently, that is fine as well, you can do this side-gig for extra income.
BONUS #2 - if you are familiar with the tawk.to live chat interface, thats another plus as well.
