Interactive Broker TWS automated position close

Hi, I am looking for a solution to automatically close out options in Interactive Brokers' TWS. I am looking for a program that will monitor and close an open short option when the price is -100% / double the premium taken. I would like to be able to set this value. In order to be executed as fairly as possible, this program should start at the bid price when the condition is met and approach the ask price every few seconds until it is executed.
