Install My Completed Website in Hostgator

I need expert to install my completed website in the file manager of my domain registered in Hostgator. My website is currently hosted on angelfire.lycos.com but I DO NOT want to migrate files from that file manager due to ongoing technical errors - but instead FTP them from my computer files. I will convert all the internal cross links manually unless there is an app that can provide auto conversion. Files are managed with HTML5/Bootstrap/CSS
