Insert clickable email signature in Gmail

I have the signature created. It is currently clickable. It was created in Canva and I also have it saved as a PDF. I cannot figure out how to add this into our Gmail signature setup and it actually work as a clickable signature. We will need to be able to change the information on. the signature templates easily. Help please.
