India IT Project Manager
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are seeking someone to assist with tasks related to online retailing. To be successful at this job, you must:
* Speak English fluently -- this is absolutely mandatory for this position
* Have strong computer skills
* Pay close attention to detail
* Be organized, honest, and good at managing your own time
* Participate in Brand Call (will need a camera)
* Be able to work from 9am - 6pm China Time
5+ years of project management experience, including at least one project leading a web, iOS and Android app initiative and experience directing technical teams.
Fullstack Development skills is a definite plus.
Strong business analysis skills and Process driven mindset, including ability to interpret business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa.
Experience working with global teams; flexibility to participate in meetings outside the 9am - 6pm timeframe as needed.
Experience creating, maintaining and contributing to cutover plans.
Strong budget management skills.
Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization—entry level to executives.
Strong presentation skills.
Collaborative work style and positive attitude.
Willingness to jump in, and support the project in roles outside typical PM activities.
Agreement to comply with confidentiality requirements; viewing employee data will be expected, and employee confidentiality must be maintained.
