Image Optimizer Server

I’m looking for a developer to help me deploy ImageMagic (or other open source Image Optimization tool) onto a webserver. I need end users to be able to make HTTP/S requests for images controlling the width/format output by query strings. This will be deployed on AWS/Linode.
