Hosting a full stack web application - React Front End and Strapi Backend

I have a full stack web application - front end in React and backend using stapi app.

I have a hostinger subscription and hostinger vps but I'm having issues deploying both the front and back end.

I need guidance on hosting both the front and back end, this project is about walking me through how to setup hosting, not hosting it yourself.
