Host website on Google Cloud

I need little help in transferring my health store website (www.bodycurehealth.com) from my current linux host to google cloud. I have already installed WHM ,cpanel & apache on google cloud but I need someone to guide me in creating a new user account on WHM / cpanel so I can upload my website by ftp or simply copy from my google drive. After this I have more simple & troubleshooting projects to do.
