Godaddy Cpanel expert needed

I have a primary domain (website) that is no longer loading since a secondary domain (website) was added approx 6 months ago. I think I need to make the recently added site a sub domain...??? Also, my new website will not load on a computer using Chrome (malware red screen displays), but will load on a machine using Edge.
I need an expert in dealing with Godaddy/Cpanel to get things straightened out.
