Description:
This project is for a 12-month maintenance and hosting contract for my website GardenRich.pro, as per the signed agreement between:
Client: BISWAJIT MOHANTY
Developer: Kajal Rathore, Modern Technology (@modernTechno442 on Freelancer.com)
Scope of Work Includes:
Monthly website maintenance (bug fixes, coding updates, performance optimization).
Hosting & server management with uptime and security monitoring.
Weekly backups of all project data, stored securely and delivered via Google Drive.
Implementation of small changes or improvements as requested.
Ensuring data safety, security patches, and bug fixes on priority.
Payment Terms:
Total: ₹36,000 for 12 months (₹3,000 per month).
Payment is monthly via milestones of ₹3,000 each.
Each milestone will be funded in Freelancer.com escrow and released only after:
1. Completion of that month’s maintenance work.
2. Delivery of that month’s data backup.
No upfront full payment — strictly month-to-month.
Duration:
12 months from project acceptance date.
Payment is made only for the months where work is completed and delivered.
Agreement:
Signed PDF agreement attached in project files.
