Full Stack Developer for Consumer Software

I'm in need of a talented full-stack developer who can help me build a new consumer software from scratch.
The primary goal of this project is to create a user-friendly and functional software that caters to individual consumers.
I am looking to make the car buying process more efficient by capturing data and using logic to move to the next steps of the sales process. I will need the ability for the consumer to digitally sign documents and those documents to be completed with the data that is captured via forms. I also need specific employees to be notified when certain steps are completed. This should be an interactive software between the dealership and the consumer with the ability to share files between each other. I would like for the process to be step by step.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development
- Previous experience in creating software products from scratch
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
