Fix nginx 404 not found error on wordpress hosting

Looking for an expert on hosting that can fix a 404 not found error on nginx for my website hosting on host gator. The site works fine for IPs in India for example but won't load for US based IPs.
Also need this person to help fix so that domain.com goes to www.domain.com and also need to update the icon that shows up in search bar for site.
