Fix email server or login issues for react website

We have a react coded website create-react app that has a login issue with updating the email server. We moved the server from one digital ocean droplet to another and it has a new IP address and we also moved to a different email server. The login and registration login section needs to be updated to allow us to use the service again. The service is a react slide presentation service that also has some work to continue once the login issue has been fixed.
