Fix WHM/Cpanel.

My WHM has become inaccessible. It has not only had an effect on my customers' emails but I can't log in to individual accounts or my full control panel.
I have login details for root and I need someone to fix this.
I can get a KVM on the server but only have a 4 hour window for this, so, when I select a freelancer to fix the problem I must have availability times (in GMT)
