Fit/Match Survey

I am wanting to develop a survey that produces results based on various answers provided during the survey. It would contain maybe fifteen questions, with selection of at least 10. From the 10 selected I would like the final result to be a particular fit/match based on the the 10 questions answered on the survey. I am trying to produce a college/fit match results based on survey questions. Some of the questions on the survey would be like: Cost of school/Student body composition/Demographics/Location of school, Cost, Appearance of campus.
