We are looking for 6 host/hostess to represent the European Commission at the Mission Cancer Conference in Warsaw. If you’re outgoing, proactive, and enjoy assisting guests, we’d love to hear from you!
Date: June 17, 2025
Pay: €14/hour + €8 food allowance
Time: 8:00 - 18:00 (10h)
Dress Code: Classic, professional (European Commission standards)
Tasks:
Registration
Handling badges
Cloakroom
Quiz/survey management
Q&A session
Distributing headsets
Requirements:
Fluent in English & [local language]
Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
Energetic and willing to assist where needed
Able to invoice as a freelancer or company, or willing to work with an umbrella company
