Domain Transfers to New Hosting Needed

Hi,
I have two websites www.spiritualhype.co.uk and www.homegrantsolutions.com
Both domains were originally hosted on Godaddy. My spiritualhype domain name has already been successfully transferred over to IONOS hosting. Home Grant Solutions domain transfer is still pending and will be done in a few days time. I have also uploaded my website files and database file for my spiritualhype.co.uk domain name on to IONOS hosting. However the site is not coming up when you visit the URL. I need someone to help me get both sites up and runing please. I can provide all website files and databases for both websites.
