Simple domain transfer (PLEASE MESSAGE DIRECTLY IF AVAILABLE)

I have owned a domain for 8 years, currently with GoDaddy. It expired last month, and I need help renewing it at a cheaper registrar while keeping our existing GSuite emails.

The domain has a unique end. in this case it is .HORSE

I don't believe I should need to pay as much as I do with GoDaddy for annual registration but I don't know what the most reliable option is.

Key Tasks:
- Renew the domain at a less expensive service.
- Ensure continuity of our GSuite emails.
- Transfer our web hosting to the new provider, if necessary.

I'm open to transferring to any registrar.

If you could arrange a less costly option than what GoDaddy is charging, I am willing to pay the difference in cost of the first two years.
So if it costs me $250/year to renew this year with GoDaddy, I am willing to pay the difference of 2 years if you can lower my domain/email annual registration costs.

So if I am paying $250/year and you are able to lower that to $100/year, I will pay

My ideal candidate would have experience in domain registration, web hosting transfer, and GSuite management.
