Deploy app on windows based google cloud server

We have an app running on a google cloud windows based server. There is an ip address associated with the app like 35.226.58.2:8080 and we can access this from browser. We need to assign a website name to it. For example, myapp.mycompany.com.

This requires some knowledge of windows based server on google cloud. If should take less than an hour to fix.
