Daily Domain Switching Mail Server Management

We want to send daily about 50.000 emails, meaning that every day a new domain with IP address must be used. Our concept is that we send one email to (up to) 50K mails per day, with one template. We understand we can use only one time a domain or IP address, which is why all must be switched daily. All emails must get into the mailbox. We ensure the mails (including source code) are spamcheck compliant. Your task is to manage the mail server and complete server.

We advise you using a script that will change every day the domain and IP address.

The links in the emails must be encrypted, using the domain of the mail-server, or the domain of that day being used. The images should also be located on the selected domain.

From and Reply domains must also change daily.

Budget for this is $300 to $400 per month.
All must be included, hosting, domains, IP addresses, etc.

We just manage daily the contacts, and the templates, with adding the links (that should be encrypted).
