Create an app that allows anonymous, self-destructing file sharing

very simple in aesthetic, very minimalist app and website, allows you to upload (mostly) pictures, but also allows small files.. we can discuss hosting, or if you have a solution, please let me know.

I'd like a website and android app designed with my studios logo on it as the publisher, I will be uploading personally on the android web store and purchasing a domain name.
