Cpanel account is suspended on WHM

I have a WHM account and 1 account is suspended (because of a hack).
I can't reach the hosting company. I opened a new account with another hosting company.
Can I get access to the content on the suspended account to move it to the new hosting company? When I click on unsuspend in WHM it says I need to contact the hosting company but they don't reply so I'm blocked.
