Consultant/Partner to handle emergency server/hosting/website based outages and issues

We are looking for a consultant/partner to handle emergency server/hosting/website based outages and issues. The said partner would need to be available 24x7 on call to assist our team as well as to directly engage with the hosting provider to quickly and efficiently resolve outages/issues. Post outage resolution, we will need reporting of issues and recommendations on solutions to prevent such future outages. They need to be an expert in Linux Servers and should have experience working in a similar capacity with other firms. Since our websites are built in Custom PHP (CodeIgniter & Laravel), a PHP development background is a plus. Let me know if you have any questions to understand this requirement better. We will eventually need a quotation on an hourly, monthly or per instance basis to work in this partnership. Please note, we have teams in the US and India with whom your team would need to coordinate with. Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) & reporting skills in English are required.
