Burial Society App

I want to build a burial society app .I want something which will give members access to their profile where they can see their current status eg contributions ,missed payments etc. .I would also the App to let interested members join on their own by uploading required docs of the members to covered.
NB: Burial society are not the same as Funeral Policies ,with our burial society the contributions are made only when there is death not monthly .
If there is anyone who can do this for me should show me related projects they have done before .
