Backup our 6 GB main website and blog from inside Cpanel and migrate it to another host

I've been cheated by a freelancer for the past few days. He accepted the offer, wasted my 3 precious days, and has now blocked me on chat since he couldn't do the job.
Here is the situation.
Our main website and the secondary blog were hosted on hostgator. We have moved hosting to bigrock, and changed name servers already and all we wanted the freelancer was to take a backup of both primary as well as secondary blog from hostgator, and migrate both of them on their respective URL's without breaking codes. He told me it was a 1 hour job for him and instead ended up breaking codes and has now blocked me.
Now your job is very simple so read it carefully
1.) Log on to our old host and take back up of both the main website and secondary blog from within cpanel.
2.) Log on to our new host, install WordPress etc and move our complete website and secondary blog without breaking code.
3.) No nonsense approach and NO MILESTONES. It is a job that I'll award you and pay you in full after satisfactory completion.
How quickly can you backup our 6GB website and blog and subsequently move it to new hosting? Bid minimum if you know how to do it. You should have both fast download and upload speeds on the internet. I do not want the excuses like the previous freelancers for slow upload speed.
I am sorry If I sounded rude above, but the cheating from the previous freelancer has pissed me off as I have lost precious business.
