Automate "Let's Encrypt" SSL for PHP Websites

In summary:
1. We are in the process of launching an application that enables each of our business members to create an online store.
2. A server administrator had already implemented the functionality to apply a "Let's Encrypt" SSL certificate to each online store created.
3. It worked for the 1st online store (created by one member), but then it did not work for a 2nd online store (created by another member) as the website displayed a "NET::ERRCERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID" message and it's shows the "Common Name" for the 1st online store.
Hence, the same error will likely occur for all other subsequent online stores created by members.
Therefore, we need to automate this process of applying the correct SSL "Common Name" to each online store created.
