Add subdomain to a localhost on a windows development machine

I am evaluating Finbuckle.Multitenant and it's hoststrategy identifies tenant by using a subdomain on the localhost url eg. http://softech.localhost:5000 I looking for help on how I can setup subdomains for localhost on a windows development machine
