Add Links to Images

Needs to be done in less than an hour.
I need two images to have website links added.

Requirements:
- I have the images
- Clicking the images should open a new tab with the link.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with programming
- Proficient in image link embedding.
- Attention to detail.

Should be made in a way that they can be used anywhere online especially social media.
