# Project Title: Full-Stack Developer Needed for Automated QR-Based Self-Service Printing Platform
I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer or development team to build an MVP of a QR-based automated self-service printing platform.
## Project Overview
The goal is to create a platform that connects customers with print-shop retailers and automates the document printing process as much as possible.
Each retailer will create an account, register their shop, connect their Windows computer and printer to the platform, and receive a unique QR code.
The retailer will display this QR code at their shop.
When a customer scans the QR code using their smartphone, they will be able to:
1. Upload a PDF or image document.
2. Select printing options such as:
* A4/A3 or supported paper size
* Black & White or Color
* Number of copies
* Page range
* Single/Double-sided printing, if supported
3. See the automatically calculated printing price.
4. Make an online payment using UPI or other supported payment methods.
5. After successful server-side payment verification, the print job should automatically be sent to the retailer's connected printer.
6. The printer should start printing without requiring the retailer to manually download and open the customer's document.
7. After successful printing, the uploaded customer document should be automatically deleted according to a secure file-retention policy.
The ideal customer journey is:

## Retailer Dashboard
Retailers should be able to:
* Sign up and log in
* Create and manage their shop profile
* Complete payment/settlement onboarding

* Configure supported printing options
* Set printing prices
* Check printer online/offline status
* View print jobs and their statuses
* View transactions, earnings, and settlement details
## Windows Printer Agent
A critical part of this project is a secure Windows desktop application/service that connects the retailer's local printer with the cloud platform.
The printer agent should:
* Securely authenticate the retailer's computer
* Detect/register available printers
* Communicate with the backend
* Receive authorized print jobs after payment confirmation
* Securely download temporary documents
* Apply the customer's selected print settings
* Automatically send the document to the selected printer
* Update print-job status
* Prevent duplicate printing
* Handle basic errors and retries
* Delete temporary local files after completion
I understand that browser-based applications cannot reliably control arbitrary local printers directly, so this desktop printer agent is an important requirement.
## Payment Integration
The platform should integrate with a suitable Indian payment gateway/payment provider.
The payment architecture should support a platform/marketplace model where:
* Customer pays for the print order
* Platform commission is calculated automatically
* Retailer's net amount is calculated
* Retailer settlements are handled through the payment provider's supported system
The commission percentage should be configurable.
No internal stored-value wallet is required for the MVP.
## Admin Dashboard
The admin should be able to:
* Manage retailers
* Approve/suspend retailer accounts
* Monitor print jobs
* View transactions
* Track commissions
* Track settlement status
* Configure commission rates

Since customers may upload sensitive documents, document security is extremely important.
