signal provider and manual strategy maker

I want to have application that can search through charts and find the desired technical analysis that user set for Eg: user set I want to find Charts that have following Rolls:
EMA 50 Cross Up EMA 200
&&
Current Price is above Ichimoku Cloud
and so On

1-USERS should can USE ALL well-known indicator(RSA, MACD, EMA, MA, ADX ) !!
2-find divergence and hidden divergence on (MACD, RSA)
3-find harmonic pattern such as (butterfly, Cypher, shark, crab, ...)
4- find candle stick pattern such as(hammer, inverted hammer, double top , double bottom, ...)
5- find and determined the trend of chart and show the trend with line( Up trend, down trend , Range)
6- find support and resistance zone
7- able to set alert for specific price or breaking specific price and etc.

all of above algorithm always must search through currencies and find the set algorithm and update the chart that witch currency has witch technical analysis the set

and when the application apply the rules and found the charts that has desired technical analysis then send all the information such as : currency symbol, Timeframe, ... through API to us.
