I need an experienced web developer to answer one question about using Twilio on my business website
I have a ridesharing website, where a driver posts multiple rides and gets multiple booking requests on each rides
We use Twilio to send the SMS notification to the driver every time he gets a booking request
We intent to implement a new service, also from Twilio, where the driver can reply "1" (to the SMS) to approve the booking request, or "2" to decline
The problem is this: when we receive the driver's response (via Twilio), it will be like, non-technically speaking, like this: this drivers approves A BOOKING. Twilio won't tell us which booking, which passenger, on which ride
So, do you have a solution?
