need someone to develop online sports club website

The website should have the following pages:
1. Home Page: display a summary of each Sport (at least three types of sports).
2. Sport Pages:
2.2 Content of each Sport page:
• Information about the sport
• Images and video
• Trainers Contact Information
• Events and important dates

All content must be retrieved from the website database.
3. Survey Pages:
• Design a survey webpage for each sport. Each survey webpage should include a Form with MCQ questions to evaluate the club’s services, then show the results summary.
• You should implement three types of Survey Pages (MCQ- Multiple choices)):
(1) Survey page based on static questions and their choices.
(2) Survey page based on XML-document that stores the questions and their choices.
(3) Survey page based on database table that store the questions and its choices.

5. About us Page.
6. Contact Page.
