I need a Blockchain Developper

I am looking for a Blockchain developper to code an NFT minting Bot. It need to be able to mint directly throught the contract, to choose quantity beforehand, to set the Gas Fee, etc.
It also need to be able to be run using a FlashBots to avoid loosing gas fee on failed transactions, it needs to mint at the exact time when the contract is live to maximise the chance of getting the NFT.
The program need to be as fast as possible since there's a lot of people going for these mint and a limited quantity.
